Job DescriptionHIRING IMMEDIATELY: LOSS PREVENTION ASSOCIATE IN BRIGHTON, CO\nAccurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Loss Prevention Associate to join our team in Brighton, Colorado. This individual will be responsible for detecting, reporting and resolving matters in the area of safety, inventory shortage and theft, and for providing customer service as per company standards. Apply online and kickstart your career today!\nPay, Schedule, and Location\n\n Starting at $19/hour\n Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision\n Full time schedule\n Located in Brighton, Colorado\n\nDuties and Responsibilities\n\n Conduct surveillance to detect and apprehend theft.\n Conduct routine inspections of the facility to maintain physical security and protection of assets.\n Monitor closed circuit television systems, if applicable.\n Enforce company standards as they relate to security and safety procedures.\n Participate in the training of new hire associates in matters of loss prevention.\n Conduct daily, weekly and monthly store audits.\n Conduct safety inspections and communicate hazards to key holders on duty.\n Ensure physical security by controlling access of associates and visitors, along with maintaining visitor control log.\n Participate in the distribution's loss prevention and safety programs.\n Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the manager.\n\nRequirements and Qualifications\n\n Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy.\n Ability to perceive situations accurately.\n Ability to maintain a fair, consistent set of standards, using judgment and discretion.\n Ability to maintain records and documentation.\n Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.\n Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.\n Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.\n Physical ability to stand for extended periods, and to see or hear activity in the store, and perform all functions as set forth above.\n Must have Loss Prevention experience\n Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.\n Must be able to work standing up or sitting down for long periods of time.\n Must be able to traverse and access all areas of a warehouse environment.\n Must be able to work in a Distribution Center environment with a variation of temperatures.\n\n--\nABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNEL\nDo you need your next job fast?
