What You'll Do

As an occupational therapist, you'll play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams to achieve patient goals
• Supervising and mentoring certified occupational therapy assistants (cotas)
• Educating patients and families on discharge planning and home safety strategies
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions to maximize outcomes

Qualifications

Current and valid California occupational therapy license
