Join our Healthcare team at Bristol Glen in Newton. These positions offer competitive pay of $23-$25 per hour, based on experience, plus shift differentials. Part-time day, evening, and overnight shifts are available, along with per diem shifts. About the Community Bristol Glen is a community serving residents in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and a full continuum of care. Our Healthcare team plays an essential role in providing compassionate, hands-on care for both short-term rehab and long-term residents every day.

What you'll do Help residents bathe, dress, groom, and start their day Help with meals, walking, and transfers, including lift equipment Take vital signs and complete rounds Follow each resident's care plan and chart the care you give Work with nurses and therapists to support residents recovering after a hospital stay and those who live here long term Get to know residents and their families over time What you'll need Required: Active New Jersey Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification, in good standing on the NJ Nurse Aide Registry 18 years or older Preferred: Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care Pay and benefits $23 to $25 an hour, based on experience Differentials: +$2/hr evenings, +$2/hr overnights, +$1.50/hr weekends Health, dental, and vision insurance Group life and voluntary life insurance Retirement plan with employer match Paid time off plus 9 paid holidays Tuition assistance and free online learning Employee assistance program and employee discounts Some benefits are position, shift and hours dependent Schedule Part-time day, evening, and overnight shifts available Per diem shifts available Every other weekend required Holiday responsibilities shared among team members through a rotating schedule How to Apply Apply in about 5 minutes.
