Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – 3 Openings

Pay Rate : $42-$55 (Based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time

School Year: 2026–2027

Caseload: Approximately 35–45 Students

Position Overview:

ProCare Therapy is seeking three qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join the school district for the 2026–2027 school year. These positions offer the opportunity to work with a diverse student population while supporting communication development and academic success across a variety of educational settings.

Available openings include both rural and preschool-focused assignments. Rural SLPs will travel between school sites serving students from Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade, while the Preschool SLP will provide services at a single school site serving children ages 3–5.

Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with student IEP goals
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
Support students with a variety of communication needs across assigned caseloads
Travel between assigned rural school sites as required (for rural positions)

Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification (required)
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 35–45 students
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
