Senior Property Accounting Manager (Real Estate)

KETTLER Managements is seeking an Accounting Manager in the Virginia region to lead a team of Property Accountants across a portfolio of 30-35 properties. You will partner with auditors and the VP of Property Accounting to ensure timely month-end and year-end close and GAAP-compliant reporting. Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, coordinating budgets, and mentoring staff.
