Job Description

• Coordinate local construction project activities to keep work aligned with agreed plans and timelines.
• Track project progress and address day-to-day issues that affect delivery.
• Maintain clear project records, including schedules, updates, and key decisions.
• Work with project contacts to confirm priorities, next steps, and deliverables.
• Review project needs and help organize resources for planned work.
• Communicate project updates clearly so stakeholders understand current status.
• Monitor open actions and follow through to support timely completion.
• Help close project activities by confirming deliverables and documenting outcomes.

• Experience coordinating local construction projects and related work activities.
• Ability to manage project schedules, action items, and project updates.
• Experience maintaining clear project documentation and records.
• Ability to communicate project status and priorities with project contacts.
• Experience tracking deliverables and following up on outstanding actions.
• Ability to organize work across multiple project tasks and deadlines.
