Restaurant Server

Description Provides Exceptional guest service and ensures all guests inquires and concerns are addressed promptly Presents appropriate menus and informs guests of current specials and promotions Verifies age requirements are met for purchase of alcohol as needed Maintains updated knowledge related to current menu options, preparation methods and techniques and ingredients Communicates orders to the kitchen promptly and with accuracy Attentively listens to guests and anticipates any additional needs or concerns Collects used dishes, silverware and glasses from tables and other public areas Ensures to-go orders are prepared and ready for guest pickup including condiments and utensils Assists in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for the safety of guests and team members Assist team members and other department and needed to contribute to operational efficiency Assist in maintaining cleanliness and appropriate inventories throughout the department Preforms additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism Conduct work-related functions in a proficient manner Have current Food Handlers and TABC certification Cash handling and credit card processing knowledge #J-18808-Ljbffr OCI Hospitality
