Urologist Locums Job in Wisconsin Clinic + Call

Our client in Wisconsin is seeking two Urologists for a structured six-month locum tenens assignment.

Details of Assignment :
Active Wisconsin license and DEA
Schedule will be 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Two Urologists will alternate consecutive two-week blocks
Must commit to the full rotation; piecemeal availability will not be considered
Clinic: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Night and weekend call required
Ongoing for at least 6 months
Level III trauma

60 day credentialing timeline
