We are currently seeking Advanced Practice Providers (NPs or PAs) to join our collaborative team of urgent care providers at our NowCare Urgent Cares. NowCare operates seven convenient locations throughout Southeast, Virginia including the areas of Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk and Suffolk, providing walk-in urgent care services seven days a week from 8:00am to 8:00pm. Our team provides high-quality, patient-centered care for a wide range of acute illness an injury in a modern, efficient outpatient setting. What we offer: Hiring Range: $115,000-$145,000 Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, schedule, and job duties Performance incentives Flexible work/life balance Second-largest EMR platform - eClinicalWorks (eCW) Full Medical Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision 401K Retirement Professional allowance Paid time off Signing Bonus Malpractice and tail coverage Responsibilities: As an Advanced Practice Provider at NowCare Urgent Care, you will provide comprehensive, longitudinal patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient setting while collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team. You must be comfortable providing care to patients of all ages .
