Together with our patients, we strive to extend survival in some of the most aggressive forms of cancer by developing and commercializing our innovative therapy.What You'll Do:Provide field-based medical information, scientific data, and education to healthcare professionals on Novocure's FDA-approved and pipeline productsDevelop and maintain successful relationships with thought leaders, clinical investigators, and other providers in the scientific communitySupport the Clinical Operations organization, as needed, in Novocure-sponsored researchServe as the primary liaison with investigators interested in discussing and developing investigator-initiated research involving TTFields, inovitro™, or Novocure investigational productsEnsure compliance in all scientific communications and education related to disease states of interest to NovocureAttend and provide scientific support for US Scientific Affairs activities and scientific sessions at regional and national congress meetingsServe as a critical resource for in-office Medical Affairs teams by articulating insights gathered in the field and helping strategize impactful dissemination plansServe as an internal scientific resource for training and educational supportAbout You:Advanced scientific or clinical degree preferred with 1–2 years of experience as an MSL or in a comparable roleAt least 2 years of combined oncology or industry experienceExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skillsProven ability to effectively communicate complex scientific informationStrong judgment and ability to adapt in a dynamic, evolving environmentStrategic, passionate self-starter who takes initiative and works independentlyAbility to collaborate effectively across both large and small teamsAbility to travel up to 60%Ability to work remotely and lift up to 50 poundsWhat We Offer:The pay range which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting is $166,000-197,000/yr. This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant in addition to a full range of benefits.Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.NOVOFLEX: We offer a flexible, trust-based hybrid working model for most of our office-based roles.
