Monitor and assess accuracy and timeliness of work performed. Screen documents for correctness, identify errors, and determine when corrective action is necessary. Maintain logs and conduct random sampling to evaluate efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of processes. Identify factors that may invalidate samples and investigate complaints. Review violations reported by personnel and prepare written findings and recommended actions. Recommend improvements that enhance contract performance. Perform additional duties as assigned. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Strong understanding of quality control principles and process evaluation. Ability to perform detailed document reviews with accuracy and consistency. Capability to identify operational issues and recommend corrective measures. Effective communication skills to prepare clear, concise reports. Background Investigation This position requires that you obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories.
