Join a collaborative team providing high-quality, patient-centered care on a busy Medical-Surgical unit. Requirements: * Active Ohio RN License * Minimum 3 years of Med-Surg RN experience * Current BLS and ACLS certifications * PALS preferred * Experience with Cerner EMR preferred * Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Assignment Details: * 13-week contract * Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM * 36 guaranteed hours per week * Holiday coverage required * No on-call * No 1099 contracts accepted Responsibilities: * Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care * Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately * Monitor patient condition and communicate changes to providers * Educate patients and families throughout hospitalization and discharge * Document all care accurately in Cerner EMR * Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes * Delegate and supervise appropriate patient care activities while maintaining quality and safety standards CloudinfraIT Inc Job ID 200765.
