We build customized production lines (from frying and baking systems to conveyors and inspection technology) that help major food brands produce safe, consistent, and high-quality products efficiently.Why join us?Competitive Compensation: Excellent hourly pay (DOE)401(k)Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life InsurancePaid Holidays, PTO, Sick Leave, and Birthday OffStable Employer: No layoffs in decades, even during downturnsCollaborative Shop Environment: Tight-knit team with mentorship opportunitiesConsistent Day Shift: 7:00am–3:30pm scheduleJob DetailsKey Responsibilities and Duties:Perform TIG and MIG welding on large stainless steel industrial equipmentWeld thin gauge stainless steel (primarily 16 GA) with attention to cosmetic and sanitary standardsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job orders to determine work requirementsAssemble and fabricate stainless steel components for fryers, ovens, and conveyor systemsEnsure welds meet structural and aesthetic standards required for USDA-inspected equipmentCollaborate with fabrication and assembly teams to meet deadlines and maintain product qualityMaintain tools, safety standards, and cleanliness in compliance with manufacturing policiesYou should have most of the following:High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)Minimum 3 years of TIG and MIG welding experience (stainless steel preferred)Experience working with thin gauge metals (16 GA or similar)Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and drawingsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to cosmetic weld qualityFood or pharmaceutical industry background highly preferredProven ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a production environmentJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
