In this role, you'll be responsible for welding metal components with precision and consistency, helping us deliver high-quality, American-made products. Key Responsibilities: · Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal parts and assemblies · Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders · Set up welding machines based on job requirements and materials · Inspect and measure finished work to ensure it meets quality standards · Complete each job on schedule while maintaining required output levels · Maintain a clean and safe work environment · Collaborate with Supervision and team members to meet goals and deadlines Requirements: · MIG and TIG welding experience · Ability to successfully obtain an AWS weld certification in 90 days · Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (blueprints) and weld symbols · Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality · Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. and stand for extended periods · Familiarity with shop tools, safety protocols, and general fabrication processes · Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing tasks · May place and align weld pieces in jigs, fixtures, or guides, utilizing measuring instruments and hand tools. · Be able to fit and prep (prepare) parts for welding Schedule : 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (3-day weekends!) 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM (3-day weekends!)
