She is wheelchair-bound , has early signs of dementia , and is considered a fall risk , requiring attentive supervision and hands-on support. Care Responsibilities Assist with transfers (wheelchair toilet) (client can assist ~75%) Provide meal preparation Ensure safety supervision and fall prevention Offer companionship and engagement Perform light housekeeping Schedule Every Saturday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM (6–7 hours) Ideal Candidate Experience with transfers and mobility support Comfortable working with early-stage dementia clients Patient, attentive, and safety-focused Physically capable of assisting with partial transfers This role is ideal for a helper who can provide hands-on assistance while promoting independence , with a strong focus on fall prevention and supportive companionship .
