Geriatric Medicine Opportunity

Excellent opportunity between Durham and Greensboro. Outpatient only physician in North Carolina. Internal Medicine Family Medicine Geriatric Medicine openings. Value-based care model. Medicare/Medicaid Advantage patients. All patients are 65+. Monday-Friday office only schedule. Phone call shared with all providers. Minimal phone call once every few months. 12-15 patients per day. Full supports staff including NP-MA-RN. On-site labs and radiology.

Compensation includes a $60,000 sign on bonus, total compensation $300,000 and above year one, attainable 20% salary bonus plan, sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, matching 401k retirement plan, and full benefits including health-dental-vision-PTO.
