You will leverage cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with diverse experts, and grow as both a technologist and leader within McKinsey's entrepreneurial culture. In this role, you will design and build robust, modular, scalable, and secure data pipelines for machine learning that are deployable, reproducible, and versioned. You will prepare and manage data environments, ensuring they meet the highest information security standards, while enabling software capabilities for data engineers, data scientists, consulting teams, and external clients. Your work will contribute to the development of core data frameworks and technical platforms that power advanced analytics engagements across data science and engineering. DevOps, DataOps and MLOps would be considered a plusFamiliarity with distributed computing frameworks, cloud platforms, containerization, and analytics libraries.Excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completionProficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoningAbility to create work product-focused materials / outputs, which may include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverablesExceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environmentStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local office language(s), with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels
