About the Role:

Join Arnold Family EyeCare as a Front Desk / Optometric Technician, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient records efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer patient inquiries.
• Support the optometry team with administrative tasks as needed -- including insurance verifications, answering phones, etc.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a front desk or healthcare role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities (ACCURACY IS A MUST)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
