This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and taking pride in quality work. Every day can be different. One day you may be helping install custom glass doors, the next day working on roof trim or assisting with other field installation projects. We are looking for someone flexible, mechanically inclined, and comfortable adapting to changing situations and job site needs. Responsibilities Assist with installation of doors, trim, architectural components, and related projects Safely use hand tools and power tools Read tape measures accurately Help maintain clean, organized job sites Work alongside team members to improve installation efficiency Adapt to changing project needs and field conditions Maintain high quality workmanship and attention to detail Represent the company professionally on job sites Qualifications General handyman, construction, or installation experience preferred Comfortable using common hand and power tools Strong common sense and problem solving skills Ability to learn quickly and take direction Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges Pride in producing clean, finished quality work Flexible and team oriented mindset Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments What We're Looking For We want someone who is reliable, adaptable, and enjoys learning new things.
