Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona Special Education Teaching certification required
• Demonstrated experience with case management and IEP development
• Knowledge of specially designed instruction and related interventions
• Strong collaboration and consultation skills for working with general educators, support staff, and families
• Ability to utilize assessment data to drive instruction and support student growth

Responsibilities:

• Provide specially designed instruction adapted to individual student needs
• Manage a caseload of students in grades 7, 8, and 9, maintaining up-to-date records
• Develop, implement, and ensure compliance of individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate regularly with other educators, support staff, and families to promote positive outcomes
• Conduct assessments and collect/interpret data to monitor progress and adjust instruction as needed
