Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse position in Harlingen, Texas. The role involves assessing, planning, and providing direct clinical care to patients on a per-shift basis within the surgical environment. The nurse will supervise staff delegated to care for patients and support the facility's chief nursing officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective nursing care. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Harlingen, Texas
• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, no previous experience required, open to candidates with zero years of experience, and the position is applicable to candidates located in the United States from Texas state
• Additional Information: The Operating Room Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated and is accountable to support the facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care. Float: Float rotation may be required.
