Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Feeding Therapist (Speech-Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, or other qualified professional with pediatric feeding/swallowing experience) to join our team and help our clients to Always Keep Progressing. In this role, you will work with children experiencing feeding and swallowing difficulties to improve oral motor skills, promote safe eating, and empower families through education and collaboration. What We Offer Flexible scheduling: Full-time, Part-time, and 1099 options available Compensation models: Hourly or Salary based on experience, education, and certifications Productivity bonuses to reward your impact and dedication 13 days PTO and 7 paid federal holidays Health Stipend 3 floating holidays 401K with company match & $500 quarterly productivity bonus Monthly team events to foster connection and collaboration Responsibilities Provide individualized, evidence-based feeding therapy to pediatric clients Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess feeding and swallowing challenges Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members to support progress at home and in the clinic Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Adhere to professional, ethical, and legal standards of practice Uphold HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality Requirements Proof of education in Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or related field Current and active license in Florida (SLP or OT) Approved to work with Medicaid Demonstrated experience in pediatric feeding and swallowing therapy Strong interpersonal and communication skills In-depth knowledge of feeding/swallowing therapy principles, methods, and evidence-based practice Clean background check Why Join Us?
