Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Endoscopy Lab procedures at a healthcare facility in Plano, Texas. This position involves supporting endoscopy procedures such as colonoscopy, esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), and bronchoscopy. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment. The position is designated for travel assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Plano, Texas
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM), minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); 0 years of experience; ability to work in a floating area of the endoscopy lab and adhere to departmental policies.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, EUS, bronchoscopy, and endoscope reprocessing is highly desirable.
• Additional Information:
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • No specific certifications beyond BLS are mandated for this role.
  • The unit performs procedures including ERCP, EUS, bronchoscopy, and colonoscopy, with typical patient ratios of 1:1.
