Senior Firearms & Use-of-Force Training Specialist

Advocate Health is seeking a Security Training Specialist Sr. (Firearm Instructor) to lead and refine an integrated training framework for Public Safety Officers and security staff across the Milwaukee area.

The role requires expertise with firearms and related equipment, development of scenario-based training, and oversight of the armed officer program, including records, equipment, and weapons maintenance.
