The Marketing Coordinator II collaborates with business development and operations teams to gather information, develop content, and ensure that materials align with branding, strategic messaging, and pursuit objectives. This role may also manage the marketing database, coordinate basic pursuit video efforts, and interview staff to develop resumes, project sheets, and related content. The position requires the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to exercise discretion, determination and dependability, and the ability to contribute to the execution of marketing and business development strategies.Marketing Coordinator II Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience in the Architectural, Construction, Engineering (AEC) or similar industryProven expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office SuiteProven experience in a position demonstrating time management, organization, writing, proofreading, and editingBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline or 8 years of equivalent experienceOur Investment in You:We believe that Benefits should connect you to the support you need when it matters most, and should help you care for those who matter most.
