Customer Service & Sales Associate (Part-Time)

The UPS Store in Mentor is looking for a dependable, friendly, and customer-focused team member to join our growing store. In this role, you'll help customers with shipping, packaging, printing, mailbox services, and other business solutions. No UPS Store experience is required; we provide paid training and all the tools you need to succeed. If you enjoy helping people, learning new skills, and working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different, we'd love to meet you. Schedule Approximately 30 hours per week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Saturday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM One weekday off each week (typically Wednesday or Thursday) What You'll Do Provide outstanding customer service Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and mailbox services Process transactions using our POS system Generate shipping labels and prepare packages for shipment Recommend products and services that best meet customer needs Operate printing, copying, scanning, and fax equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment Support daily store operations and work as part of a team Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Customer service experience preferred Retail, cashier, hospitality, office, shipping, or printing experience is a plus Strong communication and people skills Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 50 lbs About H.A.T.
