Client Partnership & Satisfaction: Cultivate long-term customer loyalty and retention, Monitor and elevate service delivery standards, Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, Establish and maintain trusted relationships with automotive shop proprietors. People Management & Development: Inspire and guide Commercial Managers and Mobile Sales Representatives, Drive team performance toward established objectives, Enhance overall team efficiency and effectiveness. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences, Ensure alignment from initial sale through final product delivery. Strategic Planning & Account Management: Perform comprehensive market research and competitive analysis, Develop and execute targeted business action plans, Oversee relationships with high-value strategic accounts. Compliance & Workplace Standards: Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures, Support loss prevention initiatives, Promote and ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Demonstrated success in external sales and team leadership roles. Automotive industry experience strongly preferred.
