# Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – Georgia Start Date: September 14, 2026
Location: Augusta, Georgia

Schedule: 8-week rotating schedule including 2-3 weekends per period, with 7-8 call shifts per rotation (mix of weekday night call and weekend call). Call shifts run either 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Highlights: - Main OR environment with 16 operating rooms serving a diverse case mix including General, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, Robotics, Urology, Vascular, and Colorectal procedures- Average daily census of 35 cases across varied surgical specialties- Epic charting system with Pyxis medication management and 2 DaVinci XI robotic surgical systems- Both circulating and scrubbing experience required – dual competency essential- First-time travelers accepted with minimum 1 year of OR experience- Maximum 7 days of requested time off per contract period; blackout dates apply during Spring Break (April 4-12) Requirements: - Active RN license in Georgia or Compact state licensure- Minimum 1 year of Operating Room experience with demonstrated competency in both circulating and scrubbing roles- Current BLS certification required- Experience with robotic surgery, orthopedic/spine procedures, and a broad surgical case mix strongly preferred- Full compliance documentation required prior to start date to meet bi-weekly orientation schedule Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a high-volume, multi-specialty OR environment where you'll expand your surgical expertise across a wide range of procedures including advanced robotic and complex orthopedic cases.
