Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient contexts, tailoring treatment plans to meet their unique needs

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
