Make a Difference Every Day As a Community Habilitation Worker, you’ll empower individuals with developmental disabilities to live more independent, connected, and fulfilling lives. Through personalized support and meaningful community involvement, you’ll help people build confidence, learn new skills, and advocate for themselves.
