The position is fully on-site, serving both Mill Creek Middle School and Mill Valley High School. Both part-time and full-time schedules are available, offering flexibility to match your availability and preferences.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly desirable
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to create individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate records

Position Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop tailored treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication challenges
• Deliver engaging and evidence-based therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups
• Work closely with educators, staff, and families to maximize student success
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and maintain documentation according to all local, state, and federal guidelines
• Provide consultative support and resources to teachers and caregivers
