Locum Tenens Job Opportunity in CA for Infectious Disease Physician
Job quick facts
- Rotating 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule — weekdays 8 am – 6 pm
- General ID service: 10 – 15 patients per day with 5 – 10 consults
- Optional weekend coverage — 24hr call with ~5hrs rounding Saturday & Sunday
- Transplant service: 10 – 12 patients — weekend coverage only
- Inpatient setting — coverage across two hospital locations on weekends
- Optional outpatient hospice — 5 – 6 sessions per week (4 – 5 hrs each)
- High volume of ICU and autoimmune pediatric cases
- Hospital privileges required
