Sales and Events Coordinator

Job Description We are looking for a highly organized and guest-focused individual to drive our sales efforts and help bring events to life! This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who enjoys both the planning side of events along with working as part of the banquet team that executes events. Responsibilities Respond to event and group inquiries in a timely, professional manner Execute preparing group proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders Coordinate event details with clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy Implement sales efforts, including soliciting new business and selling meeting space Lead site tours and help convert leads into booked business Ensure event details are communicated clearly to internal teams Ensure smooth event flow and guest experience Step in to support preparation and service of events Must be able to work flexible shifts, including on weekends and holidays Benefits A friendly, professional environment Room to grow and thrive.
