Warehouse Worker - Flowers - Sapulpa, OKAramark Facilities Management is hiring a Warehouse Worker in Sapulpa, OK earning $17.86 per hour. In this hands-on warehouse role, you will unload deliveries, organize inventory, review incoming products, and prepare materials for distribution based on delivery routes. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule that may vary based on operational needs. If you are dependable, adaptable, and ready to support daily warehouse operations, we encourage you to apply.Job ResponsibilitiesUnload incoming shipments and verify products received against delivery documentation.Sort, organize, and stage products according to delivery routes and operational needs.Review inventory levels and assist with routine inventory counts and stock reconciliation.Receive, inspect, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations.Follow inventory control procedures, including FIFO (First In, First Out) practices when applicable.Pick and prepare products, materials, and supplies for distribution and transportation.Operate warehouse equipment such as manual pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and other approved material-handling equipment after training.Load and unload products safely while maintaining production and accuracy standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, loading dock, and storage areas.Complete inventory records, receiving logs, inspection reports, and other warehouse documentation.Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and PPE guidelines.Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, vendors, and customers to support daily operations.QualificationsMust be at least 18 years old.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including varying start and end times based on business needs.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and standing throughout the shift.Basic reading, writing, communication, and math skills.Ability to work safely and effectively in a warehouse environment.Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.Preferred QualificationsPrevious warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, logistics, distribution, or material handling experience.Experience unloading trucks and organizing inventory.Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment.High school diploma or equivalent.
