• Required Qualifications: Certification as an Occupational Therapist, current state licensure, 0 years minimum experience, location requirements met, and documentation of at least one professional reference and the CHS skills checklist
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
• Additional Information: Inpatient rehabilitation experience, SNF, or acute care experience preferred; the role mandates inpatient experience; start time could be earlier at 6:30 AM; the unit assessment is available in the document library
