Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg

• Provide high-quality patient care specific to the Med Surg unit
• Utilize equipment such as bladder scanners and telemetry machines
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation through Meditech
• Collaborate effectively with team members including RNs, LVNs, and PCTs
• Adapt to a 6:1 patient ratio during night shifts

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg

• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 3 years hospital experience
