Now Hiring: 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician

Pay: $28.00–$34.00 per hour

Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing equipment, and keeping production running efficiently? Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and play a key role in maintaining production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who takes pride in solving problems and preventing downtime.

What You'll Do
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair manufacturing equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery
  • Repair electrical systems, including 460V and low-voltage PLC-controlled equipment
  • Troubleshoot PLCs, mechanical systems, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
  • Replace bearings, sensors, switches, encoders, solenoids, and other components
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools
  • Assist with equipment setups, changeovers, and production support
  • Complete maintenance work orders and document repairs
  • Perform emergency repairs to minimize production downtime
  • Recommend improvements to equipment reliability and production processes
  • Follow all OSHA, food safety, and company safety procedures
Qualifications
  • Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
  • Experience using multimeters and reading technical drawings
  • Welding experience (MIG/TIG) is a plus
  • Basic machining experience is helpful
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Forklift and aerial lift certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and twist throughout the shift
  • Lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally
  • Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment in a production environment
