Orthopaedic Surgeon - HandLoma Linda University Faculty Medical Group is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Hand Surgery to join our dynamic and growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collegial, faith-based academic environment with a strong emphasis on teaching and mentorship.Position highlights:Join a busy, high-volume practice with 16+ orthopedic surgeons and 4 physician assistantsBe actively involved in training 25 orthopedic surgery residents and 2 hand fellowsEngage in a collaborative environment with a focus on patient care, research, and educationFaculty members may also qualify for federal student loan forgiveness programsAbout Loma Linda:Located in Southern California's Inland Empire, Loma Linda is the only Blue Zone in the U.S., recognized for its focus on health and longevity. Nestled at the base of the San Bernardino Mountains, the area offers easy access to beaches, skiing, hiking, and outdoor recreation while maintaining a low cost of living and top-rated schools.Compensation & benefits:Expected total annual compensation: $450,000 - $550,000. The compensation range listed above includes variable compensation and is based on a 1.0 FTE work schedule/effort, as outlined in the individual department compensation plan. The compensation range for starting base compensation only, which is adjusted in accordance with years of experience and/or faculty rank, is expected to be $405,000 - $495,000.
