Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, using established techniques to address unique client needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and continually assess progress.

• Evaluate the emotional and mental health needs of clients through intake interviews and ongoing assessments.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate support in high-stress situations.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including social workers and psychiatrists, to coordinate client care and resources effectively.

• Engage in continuing education to stay abreast of licensure requirements and the latest therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in marriage and family therapy or a related mental health field is required.

• Valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.

• Capability to work with diverse populations, understanding and respecting cultural differences in therapeutic settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
