What You'll Do

As a Remote Insurance Leadership Trainee, your initial focus will be developing strong client-service and consultative sales skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Contact prospective and existing clients through company-provided opportunities.

• Schedule and conduct virtual Zoom and phone consultations.

• Establish trust through respectful, professional communication.
