Job Description

Altru Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Altru Health System, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for inpatient and outpatient populations to restore function, mobility, and independence. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress in accordance with regulatory standards.
