Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Assistant Manager to join our team at our North Chesterfield location. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing daily operations. Key responsibilities include overseeing staff performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and implementing company policies. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work flexible hours. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
