PuroClean of San Rafael is seeking a Lead Restoration Technician to support residential and commercial recovery efforts onsite in San Rafael, CA.
Position SummaryAs a Lead Restoration Technician, you will take ownership of day-to-day restoration work, guiding team members through job tasks while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll apply your hands-on restoration expertise to assess damage, plan appropriate actions, and deliver reliable results throughout each phase of the restoration process.
This full-time, onsite role is ideal for a technician who thrives in the field, leads by example, and is committed to customer-focused service and quality workmanship.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate onsite restoration activities, providing clear direction and support to team members
Conduct jobsite assessments and implement appropriate restoration steps based on damage type and project requirements
Ensure work is completed according to safety standards, established procedures, and quality expectations
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, next steps, and any issues that arise
Maintain organized job documentation and help ensure materials and job supplies are ready for each stage of work
Contribute to a professional customer experience by treating properties with care and professionalism
Ability to perform hands-on restoration work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting, climbing, and working in varying environments
Strong understanding of restoration processes and safe work practices
Demonstrated leadership or team coordination experience in a field role
Reliable attendance and the ability to follow job schedules and complete assignments efficiently
Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Prior experience in water, fire, mold, or general restoration work
Experience training or mentoring other technicians
Familiarity with documenting job progress and maintaining accurate records
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks on active job sites while maintaining quality standards
Experience working in residential or commercial environments
Hourly rate: $26.00
