Orthopedic Clinic Manager, Assistant to the Office Manager. Manage clinics and co manage general office on a daily basis as needed. Co manage other departments as needed.
Tasks will include but not limited to:
Patient and Staffing issues, Billing and Financial issues, Decision making, Problem solving, Prioritizing tasks, Maintaining correct office protocol, safety and security at all times, efficient management of clinics and staffing and ensuring all daily/weekly/monthly tasks are completed in a timely manor. Ordering clinic supplies.
Applicants must have experience managing a medical facility. Experience using eClinical Works is a plus.
This position is a full time position. Hours would be from 7:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Thursday and 7:00am to 12:00pm on Fridays.
