Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (LCSW)

Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (child, family, adult) Part-time to Full-time Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LCP) to work out of our office in North Chesterfield, VA and offer Teletherapy services remotely. Provide outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults, focusing on the Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse Spectrum, Mental Health Spectrum, and Whole Life Spectrum. Experience with play therapy, expressive arts, art therapy, substance abuse, or other modalities is desirable. If you do not specialize in one area, your out-of-the-box thinking and relationship‑driven approach are valuable. We seek diverse therapists who are passionate about innovative treatment approaches. We serve clients who have not found a suitable fit elsewhere and aim to reduce therapy stigma. Private Practice Support Credentialing with insurance carriers and billing (you receive 60% of each session billed). Office space and marketing within a newly renovated building. Scheduling assistance and an electronic health record for documentation. Therapy tools (books, toys, etc.) and collaboration with other clinical professionals. Administrative support. Job Summary The Outpatient Therapist will provide outpatient therapy in an office setting. Telehealth will be integrated as clinically appropriate. The standard caseload for full‑time therapists is approximately 30–35 client sessions per week, with part‑time options for building a caseload. Responsibilities and Duties Provide outpatient therapy in 50–60 minute blocks. Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Offer input on strategies, techniques, and services to benefit clients. Contribute to the growth and development of MySpectrum. Qualifications & Skills Licensed as LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels. Experience working with diverse populations. Willingness to contribute to a growing company and provide input on client needs. Team‑oriented mindset and commitment to consistent caseload growth.
