Principal Salesforce Solution & Platform Architect

Location: Duration: 12Months+ Extension Hourly Rate: Depending on Experience (DOE) Work Authorization: We are seeking a Principal Salesforce Solution & Platform Architect to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative Salesforce solutions that drive commercial excellence in a globally distributed organization. Responsibilities Serve as a strategic technical advisor, enhancing Salesforce capabilities across the organization. Collaborate with business and IT partners to define and implement best practices for scalable solutions. Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions. Provide hands-on technical assistance and mentorship to team members. Conduct discovery and design sessions to gather and document business needs. Support user acceptance testing and ensure business requirements are met. Identify and escalate potential issues, partnering with stakeholders for resolution. Participate in establishing best practices and tools to enhance team capabilities. Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. 7+ years of experience with Salesforce architecture and implementation. Strong understanding of Salesforce products, including Health Cloud and Sales Cloud. Proven ability to manage complex technology deployments and cross-functional initiatives. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration. Preferred Skills Experience in a customer-facing role providing software technology solutions. Familiarity with enterprise software application implementations using agile methodologies. Knowledge of data management and analytics, along with integration tools. Active Salesforce certifications or willingness to achieve relevant certifications.
