Commercial Underwriter Associate

Serving as the primary point of contact for insureds and lienholders, the full-time Commercial Underwriter Associate will provide superior customer service, handle policy-related inquiries, and process high-volume policy change requests in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Effectively manage all incoming calls and follow-up calls related to policy inquiries Research policy information and exercise underwriting authority while escalating risks beyond designated authority levels Assist customers with billing, compliance guidelines, and premium discrepancies while processing policy change requests Required qualifications One (1) year or more of related Property & Casualty experience High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Strong computer skills, including proficiency in typing, spreadsheets, and CRM applications Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment Virtual Vocations Inc
