• Own shift performance across safety, throughput, quality, and uptime
• Drive production flow from infeed processing kettle outfeed
• Make real-time decisions to manage line speed, coating quality, kettle availability, and material flow
• Direct operators and coordinate crane/material movement tomaintaincontinuous flow
• Identifyand escalate bottlenecks, equipment issues, or process instabilityimmediately
• Support startup, changeovers, and recovery from downtime events
• Train and develop operators; reinforce standards and accountability
• Ensure compliance withGalvaBarcoating specs and inspection requirements
• Maintain clear communication with maintenance and management

What You'll Need

• 2+ years in industrial production (continuous process preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple constraints (kettle, equipment, material flow)
• Strong judgment under pressure
• Hands-on mindset; willing tooperateequipment
• Clear communicator in a heavy industrial environment

Reality of the Role

• Hands-on role - not supervisory-only
• Work around heat, cranes, and moving material
