Member Services Team Lead - Retail Frontend

Sam's East, Inc.

Walmart in Newington, CT is seeking a front-end supervisor to assist management with duties, assign tasks, train associates, and guide member service approaches to resolve issues in line with company guidelines.

You will drive membership sales, process memberships and upgrades, and support customers with purchases, keeping aisles stocked and checkout operations smooth. This role emphasizes teamwork and integrity within a fast-paced retail environment.
