Building Service Coordinator
Location: 155 Crystal Run Rd, Middletown, NY 10941 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (30-minute lunch break) Hours: 40 hours/week Pay $16.00-18.00
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Materials Handler to join our Materials Management team in Middletown, NY. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accurate and timely receipt, inspection, and storage of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and medical gases. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept deliveries from supply vendors and parcel delivery services as they arrive
- Record all incoming deliveries on the daily log
- Inspect packages upon receipt and cross-reference contents against packing slips to verify accuracy
- Properly store medical supplies, drugs, vaccines, and medical gases in their designated storage locations
- Assist with ongoing monitoring of medical supplies inventory levels
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow established procedures for receiving, inspecting, and storing sensitive materials
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/materials management environment
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work a consistent Monday–Friday schedule
- No professional certification required
